Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (referred to throughout as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&Cs") govern the entire relationship between boji999 (referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through boji999 (referred to as "you", "the Player", or "the User"). The Agreement applies to all products and services offered on boji999, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, table games, and any future verticals added to the platform.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policy documents including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotional terms published in connection with specific bonuses or tournaments. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

boji999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, registered Players will be notified via the email address or contact method associated with their account.

If you are accessing boji999 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement. References to "you" in this Agreement apply equally to any such principal.

Section 02

Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account on boji999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on the platform. boji999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship may not register.
• Single account: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) boji999 account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and subsequently during KYC verification must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either one you have requested through boji999 or through any recognised responsible gaming scheme that boji999 participates in.
• Personal use: The account must be registered for your personal use only. Opening an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account, is prohibited.

During registration, Players are required to create a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. boji999 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account that results from the Player's failure to secure their credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately via live chat or by emailing support@boji999.

Section 03

Account Obligations

By maintaining an active account on boji999, you accept the following ongoing obligations. These obligations exist to protect both the integrity of the platform and the interests of all Players.

• Keep details current: You must promptly update your account information if any of your registered details change, including your contact number, email address, or payment method. Outdated information may delay withdrawals and verification processes.
• Protect your credentials: You must not disclose your username or password to any other person. boji999 recommends using a password that is unique to this platform and contains a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• No account sharing: You may not allow any other person to access or use your boji999 account, whether for betting, withdrawals, or any other purpose. All activity performed under your credentials is deemed to be your own.
• Responsible use: You are expected to use the platform responsibly. If at any point you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to use the deposit limit and self-exclusion tools available in your account settings, or to contact the support team directly.
• Compliance with applicable law: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of boji999 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. The Platform does not provide legal advice, and Players access the service at their own legal risk.
• Fund source: You confirm that funds deposited into your boji999 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute the proceeds of any criminal activity. The Platform cooperates with anti-money laundering obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

boji999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on accounts at any time, including but not limited to requesting documentary evidence of identity, address, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or, in persistent cases, permanent closure.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

boji999 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability at the time of the transaction:

• bKash — the Platform's primary mobile wallet partner. Deposits credited within minutes of confirmation.
• Nagad — supported for both deposits and withdrawals across all account tiers.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — available for Players who prefer Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile financial services.
• Upay — accepted for deposits; withdrawal availability subject to account verification status.
• Bank Transfer — available via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions. Bank transfer withdrawals may require additional processing time of 1–3 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard — accepted for deposits where available; card withdrawals are processed to the originating card only.

Any deposit made during an active bonus offer may be subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus before a withdrawal can be initiated. Players are advised to review the specific bonus terms before depositing. Unplayed bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure, but unspent real-money funds will be returned to the Player after any applicable verification steps are completed.

boji999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all funds must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the boji999 account. Any third-party deposit detected will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

boji999 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is published.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. A wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) — must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a defined expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an uncompleted wagering requirement at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games (including Double Exposure Blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in each offer. Lottery tickets may be excluded from contribution calculations entirely.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one remains active will result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Single use: Promotional offers are intended for individual use. Households, IP addresses, or devices sharing a single bonus are considered a single eligible unit. Multiple claims by coordinated groups will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Platform discretion: boji999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or refuse any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including in cases where a Player is suspected of exploiting promotional mechanics.

Section 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on boji999 are governed by the individual rules applicable to each product, in addition to the general platform terms set out in this Agreement. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at boji999's sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to decline any bet or to impose limits on the amount or frequency of bets placed by any Player or group of Players without explanation.
• Odds and prices: Cricket and sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled, regardless of any subsequent movement in the market.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets for cricket fixtures — including BPL, T20 internationals, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers series — are available subject to match status and market suspension rules. boji999 is not liable for bets placed on suspended or incorrectly priced markets that resulted from a technical error; such bets may be voided.
• Voided bets: A bet may be voided and the stake returned if a market is suspended prior to the relevant event commencing, if an event is abandoned, or if an obvious pricing error is identified. The Platform's determination on whether an error exists is final.
• RNG certification: All slot, table game, and lottery outcomes on boji999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game results are not controlled or influenced by the Platform in favour of or against any individual Player.
• Disconnection policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or in-play bet, boji999 will endeavour to honour the bet or game outcome based on the recorded state at the point of disconnection. The Platform is not responsible for disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.
• Maximum payout: boji999 applies maximum single-event payout limits. These limits are product-specific and are displayed in the relevant section of the platform. No Player may claim a payout in excess of the stated maximum regardless of the theoretical return implied by their stake and odds.

For lottery products, draw results are published on the platform promptly following each draw. Winning lottery tickets are credited to the Player's account automatically within 24 hours of draw completion. No claim is required for prizes below ৳50,000; larger prizes may require additional verification.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on boji999:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one boji999 account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing via stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment methods, or initiating a chargeback on a deposit that was used for gambling activity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, systematic pattern exploitation, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to live poker, casino table games, or any multiplayer format.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a predetermined or manipulated sports outcome, or acting in concert with any party seeking to fix a sporting event.
• Money laundering: Using boji999 as a vehicle to layer, integrate, or conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity. The Platform cooperates fully with anti-money laundering investigations.
• Hacking and exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any area of the platform, to exploit software bugs or errors for financial gain, or to interfere with the integrity of any game outcome.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

boji999 employs monitoring systems that detect irregular betting patterns, unusual account activity, and potential policy violations in real time. Players whose accounts are flagged will be contacted by the compliance team. During any investigation, the affected account may be placed on a temporary withdrawal hold. The Platform's decision following a completed investigation is final and binding.

Section 08

Account Suspension & Closure

boji999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the circumstances described in this section. Where suspension is the result of a suspected but unconfirmed policy violation, the Platform will complete its review as promptly as practicable.

• Voluntary closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the Player's registered payment method. Real-money balances are returned in full; active bonus funds are forfeited at the time of closure.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion window. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion.
• Suspension pending investigation: Where a policy violation is suspected, the Platform may restrict account access — including withdrawal capability — while an investigation is conducted. The Player will be notified of the suspension and the general nature of the concern. Investigations are typically concluded within 10 business days.
• Closure for breach: In cases where a material breach of this Agreement is confirmed — including fraud, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 — boji999 may permanently close the account and forfeit any balance held therein. The Player will be notified of the closure decision by email.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee, as notified to the Player via their registered email prior to any deduction. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time by contacting the support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. boji999 operates as an international platform and Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service is compliant with the laws of their own jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes legal advice, and Players with specific legal questions regarding online gambling in Bangladesh are encouraged to consult a qualified legal professional.
